Conditions of participation Companies are most welcome to send their managers to our seminars. The conditions of participation are acknowledged with registration. Payment is due upon confirmation at least 6 weeks prior to seminar start. For each course, the number of participants is limited, priority is given based on the date payment is received. We will try to arrange an alternative date, should the seminar be booked out. Partial reimbursement is not possible. In the very nature of the management role, it is possible that more pressing demands on their time may arise between the time of the registration and the dates for which the course is scheduled. In such circumstances no cancellation fee will be charged, if we receive notice in writing of your withdrawal four weeks prior to the starting date. Thereafter, we regret that we are unable to refund any fees, although in such cases we would be happy to welcome a substitute. Lufthansa Consulting reserves the right to postpone or to cancel the seminar. In case of cancellation, an alternative date will be offered or the seminar fee will be refunded. Lufthansa Consulting cannot be held liable by participants for accidents and loss or damage of their property, except for the case that the damage is caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct by Lufthansa Consulting or its staff. The applicable law shall be the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Controversies shall be brought before the Court of Biberach.
